Try to do some research and use the search option in the forums before posting your question. do some research and then post what you intend to do and get it looked at by the members here and they will give you advise and a little history on yourself is always helpful. example i have been working out for 2 years and this is a first cycle and i want to do......)

5. If asking for advise give details about your situation so we can better answer your questions

6. Do not put ads in your signature or on the board

7. Do not put urls in your signature

8. If you are a source do not post for business. It is clearly against the board's policy and you will get deleted.
